Warlords & Scumbags Card Game is an offline single-player card game. It does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data.
The app stores a small amount of gameplay information locally on your device: your sound and suit-order preferences, shuffle state used to avoid repeated deals, and whether the app has already asked the system for a review in the current version. None of this is sent to the developer or to any third party. Deleting the app removes it.
The optional Warlords Pro purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store payment-card details. Apple may process purchase and account information under Apple's own privacy policy. The app checks Apple's verified entitlement record in order to restore purchased access.
The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no third-party tracking SDK, and performs no cross-app tracking. It does not use location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health data or advertising identifiers.
The app is not designed to collect personal information from anyone, children or adults. Because no personal data is collected, the developer does not knowingly collect information from children.
No personal data is held by the developer. Local preferences remain on your device until you change them or delete the app. Purchase records are managed by Apple.
If the app's privacy practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will both be updated before those changes are released.
